A SEPARATE CONCEPT. A SHARED WORLD.

A little curiosity.
A clear intention.

2100x is a proposed on-chain synthetic derivatives protocol on HyperEVM, developed separately from Harbor’s slots and prize-draw concepts. Its intended route is market-priced long and short positions, with a visible allocation policy for supporting the XO world.

The workbench calculates fictional BTC/USD positions and illustrates a payout queue: settled profit claims wait in order, available funds can cover them in parts, and each recipient withdraws their reserved amount. Explore the queue simulation ↗

The wallet test now runs on HyperEVM testnet (chain 998): open and close long or short positions at checked native BTC prices, and try partial payouts through the queue. An automated testnet keeper monitors liquidatable positions. A queue records an unpaid obligation; it does not create liquidity or guarantee a payment date. The proposed XO Reserve ceiling remains 2,100 BTC, with separate USD launch budgets.

2100x is the project’s name, not a promised return or a confirmed leverage limit. BTC price exposure, Bitcoin deposits and the settlement asset are separate design choices.

XO RESERVE · LONG-TERM PROPOSAL2,100BTC · proposed ceiling
No funds raised

This earlier, standalone cash-allocation study explores a funding intention: cover all obligations first, then divide genuinely distributable proceeds between eligible participants and XO. It does not calculate derivatives PnL, determine LP ownership or turn trader margin into revenue. Those rules remain to be specified.

The proposed available XO share first builds the separate US$4.41 million launch budgets, then the XO Reserve up to its 2,100 BTC ceiling. Partial redistribution before the cap remains a proposal; it can be zero. The worksheet below is not a protocol distribution policy.

THE FIRST ALLOCATION · USD PLANNING PROPOSAL

A home base.
And the people who build.

An initial US$4,410,000, additional to the proposed 2,100 BTC XO Reserve, is proposed from the available XO share for two budgets: one seventh for the Founders’ Thuishaven project, six sevenths for team contributions and advisers. Player payouts, costs, required reserves and the agreed redistribution come first.

300 and 1,800 are budget units, not jobs, memberships or token entitlements. These USD launch budgets are additional to the proposed 2,100 BTC XO Reserve; they do not count toward or draw from that Reserve. Spending does not reset either target. Further proceeds remain unallocated in this example.

DECENTRALIZATION IS A DESIGN GOAL

The direction is open.
The present is clear.

A future model needs more than a compelling story. Its rules, responsibilities and limits need to be visible and independently examined.

A weathered sea-glass compass from Harbor
CURRENTA working testnet flow
Cloudflare hosts this interface. The wallet test connects to a shared HyperEVM testnet engine using native HyperCore BTC prices, checked against Coinbase and Kraken by an XO-operated guardian. QTEST has no monetary value; profit is capped at the margin posted. The liquidation keeper is bounded to 20 actions and 0.0005 test HYPE. There is no real-money treasury or production release. The earlier workbench and allocation example remain browser simulations.
PLANNED · PUBLIC DASHBOARDxoreserve.com
The planned public ledger for the XO Reserve: income, expenses, current balance and committed funds, with a date, purpose and supporting record for each entry. Track cumulative 2100x contributions toward the proposed 2,100 BTC ceiling separately from the spendable balance; spending does not reset the ceiling. Live records are not connected yet.
PROPOSEDRules held in the open
The intended protocol uses market prices, margin and deterministic settlement on HyperEVM. Price validation, collateral, liquidation, LP liabilities and withdrawal paths need their own specification. An on-chain deployment alone does not remove oracle, upgrade or operator dependencies.
PROPOSEDControls before launch
Before a funded release: tested margin and exposure limits, price checks, withdrawals and recovery; independent review of the exact contracts and configuration; and an accountable operating and jurisdictional arrangement. Any upgrade, pause or fee-setting powers must be disclosed.
PROPOSED · NOT DEPLOYEDObserver, multisig, contract rules
Marco, XO’s founder, has offered to take the Observer role for 2100x. Its reporting duties, access and any permissions still need to be defined. Multisig signers and thresholds remain proposals. Using this test does not appoint an Observer or grant management powers; the price guardian and bounded keeper remain explicitly XO-operated test services.

SEPARATE RESPONSIBILITIES

The XO Reserve has its own governance and review. Reserve oversight is separate from operating this protocol, supervising its financier or guaranteeing trading obligations. Marco’s proposed protocol Observer role is separate from Reserve oversight and from an operator’s responsibilities.

A FEW CLEAR ANSWERS

Before you
set sail.

Is 2100x independent from XO?

It is a separate experimental concept by XO’s founder and is transparently XO-affiliated. It is not presented as an independent fan initiative.

Does “2100x” describe a payout?

No. It is a concept name, not a promised multiplier, return or probability. The proposed long-term XO Reserve ceiling is 2,100 BTC. It is a proposal, not a fundraising promise or a claim that funds have been raised.

Can I put money into this?

No real money is accepted. The wallet test uses only HyperEVM testnet HYPE for transaction costs and freely minted QTEST with no monetary value. It refuses mainnet. The earlier workbench uses fictional inputs; Harbor’s separate showcase uses free play credits.

What happens when the cap is reached?

The Reserve-phase example assigns no further simulated BTC to the XO Reserve after the proposed 2,100 BTC cap. The separate US$4.41 million launch budgets do not count toward this cap. Amounts that cannot be allocated remain visible as unallocated. The actual post-cap policy is undecided.

Does redistribution protect against trading losses?

No. Redistribution can be partial or zero. It does not guarantee recovery of losses or remove leveraged trading, oracle or liquidity risk.
